Whenever a Police Chorus Concert is planned, I always really look forward to the idea of going. Since the Police Chorus members have to be at the venue about an hour before the event the wives/partners often socialize and then sit together to cheer on our members. After the Concert it is always very apparent that there is a really happy ‘buzz’ coming from the audience and many comments regarding how much they enjoyed the concert. There are always a lot of big smiley faces. It is such a joy to be part of the Police Chorus cheering section.

From the time they march on stage to the song they sing on the way off, performing with the Police Chorus is a joy - their energy and love for singing together is infectious, as can be witnessed when the audience goes mad with applause!

The Greater Victoria Police Chorus provides a fantastic, fun , and spirited concert experience; no one outdoes their renditions of Amazing Grace, Take me Home, I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas, and A Place in The Choir. The Mothers Day concert is a must see and I highly recommend it.

I have attended many of the GVPC performances over the past thirty five years locally, internationally, in Alberta and the Okanagan. Their performance is always relaxing and uplifting. They are led by a talented conductor through a variety of musical genres. The MC’s keep the Chorus and audience informed and smiling. A very professional and enjoyable concert.

Your members obviously exhibited a lot of fun and enthusiasm doing this performance! The camaraderie amongst your singers was clearly evident! The lighter moments by both emcees with their jokes, etc only added to the audience delight! Also, I thoroughly enjoyed the “audience participation” that you encouraged to all attendees, especially the Neil Diamond tune “SWEET CAROLINE”! A real audience delight!
